4:30 AM – the importance of vision with Anthony Iannarino – episode #4
In a recent conversation with Anthony Iannarino, author and leader in sales methodology, I learned how important vision was to him. Here’s what he had to say was the biggest factor in his success.
The biggest factor in your success.
First and foremost there is not one singular “biggest factor” for Anthony. There were a number of factors that were instrumental in his success. Having said that, it all started with having a “vision for what you want.”
I’d encourage you to look at your work the same way. Set a clear vision and then work every day with your vision in mind.
Secondly, Anthony mentioned setting goals has been a significant factor. Having a discipline about achieving those goals is equally as important.
He went on to indicate the absence of the next portion will make the first two points meaningless. You have to execute (take action) be persistent (stay committed) and resourceful (when given lemons, make lemonade).
All-in-all he had more that five biggest factors in his success. 😉

Your vision
Anthony is a “transformation guy” so he sees himself owning more businesses that do what he does today. His success will be amplified.
What’s your vision? Do you know how to achieve your vision?
Once you know your vision, you will want to set goals and adopt disciplines that will keep you on track. Your vision needs to be guarded for your future depends on it.
You morning routing
Get up early. What’s early? 4:30 … AM … that’s early!
Then, he spend the first hour and a half writing about his observations. “What things have my attention?”
