It’s one thing to experience personal success. It’s quite another to be working with someone as a coach and to see them have breakthroughs.
It’s mind-blowing and humbling, all at the same time.
Whether you were the catalyst or not. You were still involved. You were still there adding value. You were there strapped into the seat ready to enjoy the ride. These times are not reserved for people that are paid professional coaches. It also includes people that give their coaching abilities freely.
Feeling grateful that I’ve been able to be here, as well.
This is encouragement for you to have a coach and be a coach. And, keep one eye on the road.
