Do you have vision?
I don’t mean, “can you see?”.
I mean, do you have “a” vision? As in, a vision for your work. A vision for your life. A vision for your company.
Let’s say your company has a vision statement. That counts! But, do the employees know what it is? Do the managers or even the customers?
If they don’t, what’s the point?
Wouldn’t it make sense to have a vision statement that everyone knew?
Without a clear vision:
What are some of the biggest problems that companies face?
What would your customers say is your specialty?
What do team members do to stay on the same page?
How is workplace stress being handled?
How is your employee attrition/turnover?
Are you having problems with employee attrition/turnover?
Are you struggling with your quality of life?
Do you need to reduce workplace stress?
Do you want to lead a better life?
Do you want to improve your kids chance at success?
With a clear vision you will:
Have reduced stress
Be more profitable
Have happier employees. Happy employees treat customers better
Lead a better life
Be a better husband or wife/husband or mother/father or daughter/son.
Happy people live longer.
A Radical Vision’s vision statement: “Helping people embrace their own personal blindness to achieve a greater vision for their lives”.
