How to become known and respected

In other words, how do you go from blindness to sight to vision?
Only not metaphorically, but physically.
If you’re a gardener or vegetable farmer it may be easier to understand if we equate this to growing tomatoes.
When the tomato seed starts out, it is just that – a seed. When the time is right, the seed is planted into the soil where it gets some of the nutrients needed to germinate.
In our lives most of us start out unknown and if we don’t do anything with our gifts, we stay that way – ungerminated.
Barren soil doesn’t offer all of the nutrients needed to make the seed grow.
One of those nutrients is water, another is sunlight.
Once all of the nutrients have been given to the seed, it starts to grow. How fast it grows depends on the amount of nutrients that it receives.
Once we realize our gifts, it’s time to give them the needed nutrients. It’s time to invest ourselves and provide water and sunlight. Think of that as education and relationships.
Our lives are meant to be a continual learning process.
Our purpose is to continue to invest in ourselves. At the same time, we should invest in others.
The message applies to our physical lives, our social lives, our business lives, our spiritual lives.
What kind of see are you planting? Are you giving it the nutrients that it needs to grow?
