Why is vision so important?

As one executive put it, “it becomes even more important in times like we are in right now because there is so much brought into question when someone is faced with all these potential changes and uncertainty. You can get very focused on day to day and tyranny of the urgent, and remembering your vision helps you in your decision making and ensures you are still working on the right things to move your cause forward.”
