What vs. Why
We sometimes get caught up asking ourselves the wrong question.
“Why am I not getting ahead?” “Why is everyone else passing me by on the way to success?” You may even ask yourself, “Why do I feel this way?”.
It may be time to ask yourself a different question. “What could I be doing better?” “What are they doing that I’m not?” Try asking, “What was I doing the last time that I felt really good?”
Change the “why” to a “what”. It may just be the change that you needed.
